Shipping & returns


Any unworn and gently handled merchandise with original tag and invoice can be exchanged or returned within fifteen (15) days upon receiving your purchase.
**Unfortunately, for hygienic purposes and to ensure the safety of all our customers we cannot accept any worn, washed and altered merchandise**

Please contact us via email at, we will make the proper arrangements to forward via e-mail a Canada Post pre-paid return label within 48 business hours. Returns and Exchanges packages with the pre-paid return label must be dropped off at your nearest Canada outlet. Keep your Canada Post receipt for tracking purposes.

Acceptable Reasons codes for Return/Exchange:

A Buyer’s Remorse
B Defect, flaw or fault found with your product
C Incorrect sizing or Incorrect item delivered**
D Damaged parcels
**Incorrect item delivered applies only if BolCan Direct Inc. shipped the wrong size or item, If the customer made the error, handling and shipping fees may apply. **
* Ensure all items are packed and sealed securely using the original package, if possible. Ensure no other packing or shipping labels are showing.
* Once processed, you will receive a return confirmation email from BolCan Direct Inc. Your refund will be credited in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your method of payment. 
If items are returned without sending an email to return authorization, handling penalties may apply.



If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please email us as soon as possible at and include your order number in the subject line of your email. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.



We currently ship to all Canadian postal codes. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels.



After your order has been placed, you will be notified with an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a shipment tracking number. If you are a registered user, you may also log in to your account to review the status of your current and past orders.



All shipments will be delivered through Canada Post. Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment via Canada Post's website, Delivery standard begins once Canada Post has processed the parcel at their facility.

EXPEDITED: $9 (plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 4-7 business days* 
XPRESSPOST: $17 (plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 2-3 business days* 
PRIORITY: $25 (plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 1-2 business days* for orders placed by 11:00 AM *Delivery times are subject to parcel destination.
*XpressPost™ and Priority™ delivery are only available for select locations. At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.
